    vacuum tubes do …
vacuum tubes do heat water way faster and hotter than flat panel solar heater BUT!! if you need a 210 degrees shower then it will only be once, I make my own flat panel solar water heaters and they put out 140 degrees of hot water which is perfect for all your needs, in the heat of summer it can top 160 degrees, I have 2 systems that I am experimenting on at the moment, one is a modification of the simple water panel and the other a glycol heat transfer system. Both can be made at home!!!!!

This is a sample to the heating power of a vacuum tube. While the external temperature is low, the water inside the vacuum tubes is steaming and boiling off.

Since the author does not respond: Solar vacume tubes are a device that is a metal rod or pipe encased in a long glass cylinder with the air vacumed out creating a near perfect insulating property. It is used to heat water that’s why you see the steam, there is likely a water tank on the top part of the pipes which are tilted up because hot water rises!!
