Can you say, 30000 …
Can you say, 30000 gallons of water dumped into your home while you are away? What if one of those pipes fail…maybe weaken in the winter and burst in the hot attic? I am not buying it.
I would never sleep at night.

“efficient attic”?? …
“efficient attic”?? wth is that? Attics are open air spaces, vented that the bottom and top to allow air to circulate. they also gain great amounts of heat in the summer. On a sunny, Texas summer day an attic space may gain 40 or more degrees. Some of the heat radiates into the house, and some radiates into ducted air in the ac system. Pulling the heat from the attic is an ingenius efficency for the pool and the house. This thing pays for itself in North America.

I would think that …
I would think that the second you put one of these in an attic, it becomes efficient. Attics are UNCONDITIONED spaces, so there will ALWAYS be extra heat in this zone, in the summer, in even the most efficient house.
My humble opinion…
