My panels are faded and someone said you should paint them black to attract more sunlight. Anyone know what kind of paint to use and how to apply it? Thanks!
Get a flat black heat resistant paint. Rust Oleum will probably work or you can try paint designed for wood stoves.
Primary purpose is to help keep your pool water warm.

You would certainly not want to apply the paint to the outside if you have normal type box collectors. I would use marine paint. Probably cost like crazy but would last longest. Try a boat or marine supply.

Any flat black paint will do; spray paint is probably easiest to apply.
